Con-Cret is a pure, concentrated, creatine hydrochloride designed for any fitness-oriented person who is looking to increase conditioning and size. Con-Cret is also ideal for anyone whose livelihood may benefit from an increase in the production of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), a major source of energy or fuel for cellular and muscular function, such as those on restrictive diets and who are not getting enough creatine in the foods they eat.
Unlike other creatines on the market, Con-Cret does not require a loading phase or the need to cycle-off.
A lot of people complain about the tartness of how the unflavored version tastes, but I found no problems with it. It’s a little bitter, but I think creatine ethyl ester tasted way more bitter than this. I’d mix it by itself, with my Alphamine dose in the morning, or with my Condense preworkout and you couldn’t taste it much at all, and it just had a dull, sour taste that was a little chemically.
Mixes great, dissolves instantly which is great for a creatine monohydrate. Mix in a cup or with a spoon, works great.
Increase in strength and size were noticeable after about a week, recovery was great, I felt ready for next day. You notice when you don’t take, you can’t do as many reps, and you feel more sore in the morning. I got the results I wanted which was mainly to up my bench and put on few pounds of muscle. No water retention which was great.
Around $25-$35 for a 48 serving tub. Depending if you use one or two scoop, will dictate the value. ! scoop is good but two scoops ruins any value.
Con-cret is pretty good, although lots of people have mixed feelings. It does what it’s supposed to, and with proper training this will give you the edge you need for sure. You will gain muscle and recover faster for next session.
