Iron Cre3 creatine is the new creatine supplement from Arnold Series that MusclePharm released about a month ago. Iron Cre3 is claiming to be the first molecularly modified creatine, which is supposed to be more powerful than regular creatine. This wasn’t the only reason I wanted to give Iron Cre3 a try, it is very low in calories and contains some solid ingredients that a quality creatine supplement should.
I have quoted below what the product page says about the new Iron Cre3.
Experience Freakishly Intense, Longer-Lasting Workouts! INCREASED POWER. FULLER MUSCLES. IMPROVED STRENGTH.*
IRON CRE3 as the world’s first molecularly modified creatine, is more powerful than “regular creatine.”
An effective dose is just 1/10th the size of a standard dose of creatine monohydrate. Iron CRE3 swells the levels of your intramuscular creatine, which supports muscle growth without leaving your body looking smooth, soft, and bloated. You get that freakish vascularity and heightened pump we all want!*
Since your muscles will be super-saturated with creatine and will remain pumped for hours, your athletic performance will become athletic dominance. Hard-training athletes need the newest innovation in creatine science to help pound through set after set with unrelenting intensity. Smash through training plateaus. Pack on more MASS and POWER. Get Iron CRE3 today!*
So I decided to give it a run since it’s new and fairly cheap, you can get 30 servings for less then a dollar a serving. Plus Newest Bodybuilding Supplements needed to feature a review and I answered the call. My review of Iron Cre3 is below.
I got the Blue Razz flavor from BB.com, mainly because the other flavor is Fruit Punch and I am sick of fruit punch flavored supplements. Blue Razz tastes pretty good, little sweet for me but I had no issues taking it. It mixes well, but you notice some grit and white particles left over. I made sure I shake it up before every swing to insure it’s mixed. If I had to rate it out of ten, it’d be a 7.5. No better then most other creatine supplements out there in this area.
I have been trying to get a little stronger, get some heavier weight up and put lean muscle on of course. I noticed that taking Iron Cre3 gave me a pump I really never experienced before, it almost scared me at first, and it lasts the whole 2 hour session I normally do, plus few hours at home. I also notice about a week after taking it, that I can lift for more sets and added 10lbs to my bench. I am not done with the tub yet and I can really notice my muscles shaping and I look lean overall. I got to say the first experience with this Iron Cre3 from arnold series was a positive one and there was no noticeable side effect to mentioned. If you are looking for a new creatine and want something to give you that skin tearing pump then Iron Cre3 might be what you are looking for. I plan on using it again.
Like I mentioned above, you can get 30 servings for 24$, which seems like a deal to me, but everybody has a different budget. If you can afford it, I would recommend giving it a try.
