Without getting to deep into the ingredients and science of the product, which can be checked out on BB.com Iron Pump product page, lets get into what people really want to know, does this pre workout supplement work?
I think fruit punch is pleasant to drink. I can really taste the fruit punch flavor and there was no aftertaste or anything to complain about. I wouldn’t say it’s Xtend taste wise but it’s solid.
I used one scoop with 8oz of liquid, and at first it foamed up and little grit was visible. After shaking about 20 seconds, it mixed completely and the foam was still little visible but that wasn’t an issue for me. One of the better mixing pre workout supplements I have tried.
I will keep this short, since I am not done taking the whole tub yet, only things I can attest for is the energy and focus are there for sure. You get a pump almost instantly when you try lifting, and I personally noticed better rest time and could do more reps after about a week of taking Iron Pump. It did make me a little jittery however, so that would be my only negative with the product so far. Overall I think it’s a good product, but I wouldn’t go to say it’s anything special, but it will get the job done. I like the New Assault better personally, but give it a try if you’re looking for a new pre workout supplements.
It’s priced to sell, with about 25$ for 30 servings online, good price in my opinion. We have listed two best price links below for you to compare.
