ASSAULT provides bodybuilders, powerlifters, fighters and strength athletes with a potent pre- and intra- workout powerhouse that fuels limit-shattering levels of performance that are sure to bust through any plateau. Consume ASSAULT prior to training, or sip on it during the first part of your workout. From your first dose onward, feel a performance-boosting power surge that will power your entire workout, from stretching through to your final set.
ASSAULT contains 40,000mg of hardcore ingredients per serving! – that’s TWICE THE DOSE of the other brands. The ASSAULT formula contains only naturally derived ingredients. ASSAULT is safe for bodybuilders and athletes in good health. As always check with your doctor before using any new supplement, especially one as strong as ASSAULT. Generally speaking, however, ASSAULT is completely safe.
The first thing you should see when using ASSAULT is that you can knock out more reps and train longer than before. Your between set recovery time will go down. Your muscles will have a “full” feeling and feel more powerful while working out instead of feeling flat and drained. Your in training work level and intensity will go up, resulting in a huge increase in training productivity.
This is where Assault knocks all the other pre-workouts out. The taste of the blue arctic raspberry is incredible. It’s the absolute perfect taste and something I’d wish to drink all day long if I could. It’s just that good. Drink it chilled and it’s very refreshing.
No complaints here. If you don’t add a little extra water there will probably be a little bit left on the sides if you have a shaker cup, but nothing people can’t handle. It’s definitely manageable and not clumpy.
I really dug the energy I got with this. It wasn’t nervous or jittery energy, but there were times I had to force myself to leave the gym so that I could go home and get to bed at a decent hour. The pump was hit or miss, but mostly hit. I generally got a really good pump from this, but there were times that if it wasn’t for the energy, I would have wondered if someone had swapped out my Assault for a placebo. Those occasions were the exception rather than the rule though. The only “side effects” I experienced were the tingles from the beta-alanine. Sometimes it almost felt as if my scalp was going to jump up and fly off. However, this was not unpleasant and actually seemed to add to the energy.
This is the main drawback of Assault. Assault costs almost $2 a serving. There are many more cost-efficient pre-workouts out there. They will not taste as good, but if you’re not a stickler for taste, price will definitely be your deterrent from buying Assault. But if money isn’t an issue this is a solid pwo to use on the regular.
Assault is no doubt one of the better pre-workouts out in terms of both taste and results, but the price really kills it. If the guys at Muscle Pharm could knock the price down a few bucks, I would definitely want to buy some more of it, but when there are other cheaper and effective products it’s very hard to compete at this price-level. With this being said, I’ve really enjoyed the product, and the taste alone may get you hooked- it’s that good.
